Unlike lithium battery dashcams, the super capacitor is resistant to high temperatures, has a longer lifespan, and will not explode or leak. It provides enough stored power to save the last recording file safely when power is disconnected.

WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) video processing improves image clarity in high-contrast lighting conditions such as bright sunlight and dark shadows simultaneously. The adhesive fixed base mounts to the windscreen without suction cup failure risk.

Does this dashcam have parking mode?

No. The GHDVR80W does not support parking mode — it only records while the vehicle is powered and driving. For parking surveillance, a dashcam with parking mode capability and the GUNIHWC hard wire kit would be required.
