Stinger XFDB108 X-LINK Linkable Fused Distribution Block
One Block, Limitless Configurations The Stinger X-LINK Fused Distribution Block That Grows With Your System
Product Overview
The Stinger XFDB108 is a linkable fused distribution block from the X-LINK system, designed to provide maximum power management flexibility for car audio, 4WD accessory, and air suspension installations. Starting as a single inline fuse holder, the XFDB108 can be expanded by clicking additional X-LINK blocks together using the included Power Link couplers building up to a multi-circuit fused or unfused distribution block or full buss bar without additional wiring complexity.
Accepts cable from 0 gauge through to 8 gauge via included cable adaptors, and is compatible with both ANL and MIDI (Mini ANL) fuses. The custom brass Power Link couplers and gold-finish machined terminals maximise current transfer while the XFASTEN hardware system provides a firm, solid grip on cables. Note: no fuse is included fuses are available separately. Power Link couplers are not fuses.

Features & Benefits
- Modular Linkable Design — The XFDB108 starts as a single inline fuse holder and expands into a multi-circuit distribution block by clicking additional X-LINK blocks together. No rewiring needed — just click and connect.
- 0 to 8 Gauge Cable Flexibility — Accepts 0, 4, and 8 gauge cable via included adaptors on both input and output terminals, covering the full range from main power feeds to accessory runs.
- ANL and MIDI Fuse Compatibility — Accepts both ANL (full size) and MIDI/Mini ANL fuses, giving compatibility with the most common high-current fuse types used in car audio and 4WD builds.
- Custom Brass Power Link Couplers — The brass Power Link couplers provide a high-conductivity, low-resistance link between X-LINK blocks for maximum current transfer when multiple blocks are connected.
- XFASTEN Hardware System — A dedicated hardware system that firmly grips cables at the terminal, maintaining a solid, vibration-resistant connection without relying solely on the terminal screw.
- Gold Finish Terminals — Custom machined gold-finish terminals reduce contact resistance for clean, high-current power transfer at every connection point.
- Versatile Application — Suitable as power and ground distribution for amplifier installs, 4x4 accessory builds, air suspension systems, and any application requiring expandable high-current distribution.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the XFDB108 come with a fuse?
No — no fuse is included. The XFDB108 accepts ANL and MIDI (Mini ANL) fuses, which are available separately. The Power Link couplers included in the box are not fuses and do not provide overcurrent protection.
What cable sizes does the XFDB108 accept?
The XFDB108 accepts 0 gauge, 4 gauge, and 8 gauge cable via the included cable adaptors on both input and output terminals.
Can I connect multiple X-LINK blocks together?
Yes — additional X-LINK blocks can be clicked together using the brass Power Link couplers to create an expanded distribution block or buss bar. Adding further X-LINK blocks (sold separately) increases the number of circuits without additional complexity.
What fuse types does the XFDB108 accept?
The XFDB108 accepts ANL (full size) and MIDI/Mini ANL fuses — the two most common high-current fuse formats used in car audio and 12V accessory installations.
What are the Power Links included in the box?
The XFDB108 includes one MIDI/Mini ANL sized Power Link and one ANL sized Power Link. These are brass couplers used to link X-LINK blocks together — they are not fuses and do not provide overcurrent protection.
